    Dicen las malas lenguas que para la semana que viene....pero contando que llevan asi desde mayo, semana tras semana postergando lo inevitable....pues la verdad que uno ya no sabe.

    Pego un email de un compañero, el mas reciente que he leído desde la fecha de KPMG:

    Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (the "Company")
    This email is in relation to your previous query made to the Alpari Claims Inbox relating to timeframes for payment.

    I can confirm that your details have been passed onto the FSCS for payment; the Joint Special Administrators understand from FSCS that FSCS will be making payments imminently, or in any case within the next seven working days. All payments will be made either to your nominated bank account using the bank information that you provided on the Claims Portal or, if you opted for your compensation to be paid to your ETX Capital account, then payment will be made to ETX Capital accordingly.

    You will receive further communication from the Joint Special Administrators once payment has been made, or if there are any further bank details required from you in order to complete your payment.

    If you receive no communication regarding payment within the next 10 working days, please contact us at this email address.

    Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration): Claims Portal agreed balance.
    Dear Client,
    This email contains an important update regarding the Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (the "Company") Claims Portal.
    You have already used the Claims Portal to agree your Client Money Entitlement and your Contractual Claim Amount with the Company and the Joint Special Administrators in accordance with the "Client Claim Summary" page of the Claims Portal and pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of Settlement of Claims. You have previously received an email confirming this.
    This email explains two changes to the Claims Portal process which have been made since you agreed your claims. These changes mean that:

    • in order to apply for compensation from the FSCS and assign your claims against the Company arising out of your Client Agreement to the FSCS, you must log back in to the Claims Portal and assign your claims directly through the Claims Portal; and
    • if you have an activated account with ETX Capital, you can direct the Joint Special Administrators or the FSCS to make payments into that account.

    You will also be asked to confirm bank account details if you are not instructing the Joint Special Administrators or the FSCS to direct payments to ETX Capital.
    CHANGES TO THE CLAIMS PORTAL – FSCS COMPENSATION AND ASSIGNMENT
    As you may be aware, the FSCS is the compensation fund of last resort for customers of financial services firms authorised in the United Kingdom. It protects consumers if an authorised firm, like the Company, becomes insolvent and cannot return money or investments to its customers.
    For eligible claims, the FSCS can pay up to £50,000 in compensation per person. In exchange for this payment, you must assign your claims against the Company arising out of your Client Agreement to the FSCS.
    Clients who wish to apply for compensation and assign their claims to the FSCS must now do so directly through the Claims Portal. The Claims Portal previously asked you to indicate whether you intended to make a claim on the FSCS. If you indicated that you intended to apply to the FSCS by clicking "Yes", this did not automatically assign your claims to the FSCS.
    To apply to the FSCS you now need to log back in to the Claims Portal and select the appropriate option when you are asked to choose whether to apply for compensation from the FSCS and assign your claims to the FSCS or to retain your claim against the Company. Note that if you choose to seek compensation and assign your claims to the FSCS, you are entering a legally binding agreement with the FSCS and you will no longer be able to pursue your claims against the Company yourself.
    If you apply for compensation from the FSCS, you should note that the FSCS will only make payments to you in accordance with its rules and if the value of your claims have first been agreed in full by the Joint Special Administrators. This means that to apply to the FSCS you still must agree the amount of these claims with the Joint Special Administrators.
    If you do not wish to claim compensation and assign your claims arising out of your Client Agreement to the FSCS, you will be entitled to receive directly any distributions which may be made from the Client Money Pool in respect of your Client Money Entitlement and any distributions which may be made from the general estate in respect of your Contractual Claim Amount. The Joint Special Administrators have not currently declared any distributions; it may take some time for any to be made; and you may not receive distributions for the full amount of your Client Money Entitlement or Contractual Claim Amount. Seeking compensation from the FSCS is likely to result in you receiving your money more quickly than by retaining your claim against the Company.
    If you would like more information about the FSCS, you should visit their website at http://www.fscs.org.uk.
    CHANGES TO THE CLAIMS PORTAL – PAYMENT OF DISTRIBUTIONS OR FSCS COMPENSATION TO AN ETX CAPITAL ACCOUNT
    An agreement has been reached for the sale of client data to ETX Capital (“ETX�). ETX has contacted, or will shortly be contacting, clients and offering them the opportunity to open an account. If you decide to open an account with ETX, you can request that any payments in relation to your claims against the Company (“Distributions or Payments�) be made to ETX for the benefit of your account. This applies to payments which are distributions due to you from the Company or compensation payments payable to you by the FSCS.
    The Claims Portal now allows you to instruct the Joint Special Administrators or the FSCS, as appropriate, to make Distributions or Payments to ETX. To be able to do this, you will first need to confirm that you are a client of ETX and have activated your ETX account.
    To receive Distributions or Payments to an ETX account you now need to log back in to the Claims Portal and select the appropriate option when you are asked to choose whether to have Distributions or Payments made to an ETX account.
    You do not have to receive Distributions or Payments to an ETX account if you would prefer not to. You are also able to amend your instructions for any future Distributions or Payments by contacting the Joint Special Administrators by emailing alpariukclaims@kpmg.co.uk.
    You must have agreed the amount of your claims with the Joint Special Administrators through the Claims Portal before you will be able to receive any Distributions or Payments to your ETX account.
    You will be asked to confirm bank account details if you are not instructing the Joint Special Administrators or the FSCS to direct Distributions or Payments to ETX Capital. If you apply for compensation from the FSCS, these bank account details will be passed to the FSCS for the purposes of making the compensation payment to you. The Joint Special Administrators understand that the FSCS will be making compensation payments by bank transfer in United States dollars.
    WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW
    You can now log back in to the Claims Portal and select whether to:

    • Apply for compensation and assign your claims to the FSCS or retain your claims against the Company. If you wish to apply for compensation and assign your claims, you must do so through the Claims Portal.


    • Receive Distributions or Payments to your ETX account.

    Con este asunto de alpari están quedando a la altura del betún los brokers ingleses y sus organismos de regulación poruq esto tiene pinta de alargarse en el tiempo indefinidamente y al final con suerte cobrar la mitad. es triste que ni en estos se puede confiar. Aunque todos sabíamos de este riesgo. Vamos y lo de las cuentas segregadas dejara ya de ser un reclamo teniendo en cuenta que todas las cuentas van a la piscina.

    Estoy aburrido de tanta notificación.
    Lo peor de todo esto es que con tanta notificación, la situación está quedando cada vez más confusa y cuesta mucho seguirles la pista y, en caso de que se pueda, tomar alguna decisión. Parece que juegan a la confusión.

    Espero que podamos seguir ofreciéndonos apoyo unos a otros para salir de esta situación cada vez más absurda.

    Yo tras muchas dudas elegí YES antes de publicarse las últimas informaciones. Ahora visto lo visto me alegro.

    En otras noticias de Alpari UK, KPMG anunció un paso más hacia devolver el dinero de los clientes minoristas. De acuerdo con las leyes de valores del Reino Unido que rigen los corredores locales, todos los fondos de los clientes necesitan que se celebrará en cuentas bancarias separadas en caso de insolvencia. KPMG no ha dado indicios de que parte del dinero ha desaparecido y parece estar en camino de completar el reembolso.
    Sin embargo, antes de que el dinero del cliente puede ser reembolsado, los administradores dicen que las regulaciones requieren que cada cliente está de acuerdo con su derecho de dinero. Con el fin de facilitar este proceso, KPMG anunció que están desarrollando un sitio web llamado "Portal de Reclamaciones" que dará a los clientes minoristas el acceso a aceptar sus demandas y proporcionar información que ayude en el proceso de distribución.
    Los clientes han respondido a la noticia con desdén, ya que se percibe como un gasto innecesario que sólo serviría para retrasar el reembolso. Alpari Japón, por su parte, mantiene su sistema existente a pesar de la operación de Tokio según informes

    En primer lugar saludos a todos, este es mi primer mensaje.

    Hace poco encontré este foro y os leo desde hace poco pues yo también soy uno de los afectados por la insolvencia de Alpari.

    Al igual que algunos de vosotros aun no he recibido ningún correo pues tenia alguna operación abierta en esas fechas.

    Entre todos podremos ir ayudándonos y contrastando puntos de vista.

    En mi caso por fin me contestaron un email diciendome que los papeles necesarios para el envio del dinero no estaban completos, que les enviara unos papeles y luego ellos me enviarian el dinero, por el momento estoy reuniendo los papeles a ver con que me salen, ojala no haya ningun inconveniente.
    Por otro lado creo que al broker ETX le falta muchisimo para ser como era Alpari, lo que mas me ha decepcionado es que ni una sola vez me ha enviado un email con el estado de mi cuenta, en Alpari recibia el estado de mi cuenta todos los días y al final del mes un estado de cuenta general, en cambio aqui llevo mas de un mes y no he recibido ni el primer estado de cuenta. Me decepciono tambien saber que es un Market Maker. Pero no todo es negativo, entre lo positivo se encuentra que la ejecucion de las ordenes son rapidas, y en mas de 50 transacciones que he hecho no he tenido ningún inconveniente.
    Creo que hay que darle una oportunidad a este Broker, en mi caso solo retirare las ganancias de este mes y dejare el depósito inicial, si hay algún inconveniente lo comentare en este foro con lujo de detalles.
    Totalmente de acuerdo contigo abranpaso. A mi tambien me ha decepcionado el hecho de que no mandan ningún estado de cuenta de las operaciones. El la página web tampoco es posible ver los resultados de la cuenta, eso no me gusta. He estado con varios borkers antes de Alpari y con todos se podía hacer el seguimiento en la web y se recibia estados diarios de las operaciones. Tampoco me gusta los gaps que aparecen dentro de los gráficos, esto no debería de pasar. Y tampoco me gusta el servicio de atención al cliente. Eso si, la ejecución el cierto que es rápida.

    Muchas gracias jimfxtrader por compartir eso, ya me estaba planteando cambiar de broker pero no sabia aún con quien.

    Por cierto, yo decidir ir con la FCS pero no a traves de ETX, y de momento no he visto un duro ...
    Buenas tardes a todos,

    En mi caso yo fui directamente a la FCS y en fecha 15/05/15, recibi un e-mail comunicandome que me iban a devolver el dinero (en su dia lo publique en este mismo foro).

    El dia 19/05/15 me ingresaron el dinero en mi cuenta corriente.

    Espero que os devuelvan el dinero lo mas rapidamente posible.
